Sanna Vihersalo

Sanna Vihersalo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Casemet Group since September 2019, Sanna oversees all operations at the Pärnu factory, focusing on delivery accuracy, quality, cost efficiency, continuous improvement, personnel matters, job satisfaction, and occupational health. Previous roles include Plant Director at both the Pärnu and Riihimäki factories, where Sanna successfully managed the closure of the Riihimäki facility and the transfer of production to Pärnu. Prior to Casemet Group, Sanna worked at Mipro Oy from September 2011 to August 2019 in various positions, including Project Manager, Quality Manager, and Quality Engineer, emphasizing quality management and ISO standards compliance. Sanna's career began with sales contributions at Leaf and a summer trainee position at Mikemet Oy. Sanna holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oulu.
