Kate Muller

Kate Muller is the current Chief People Officer at CaseWare. Kate has also worked as the Senior HR Business Partner – Global Product and Engineering at Squarespace from December 2020 to March 2022. Kate Muller is responsible for partnering and strategizing with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer in supporting 715 employees across the US and Europe, providing support to leadership on people-related issues. Kate also develops and implements employee experience strategies to promote inclusion and positive engagement and play an integral role in talent management, employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and organizational development. Muller also leads core HR processes across product performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions, analyzing various types of employee reports (compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.

Kate Muller has a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from Wayne State University, a Bachelors in Organizational Communications and Management from Western Michigan University, and a Certification from PHR. Kate also did a Study Abroad in Public Relations at American Intercontinental University and an International Communications program at Dublin City University.

Kate Muller reports to David Osborne, CEO. Kate Muller works with Michael Campagna - VP, Corporate Development, Susan Farrell - Chief Marketing Officer, and Scott Epstein - Chief Product Officer.
