Natasha Menon is a Senior Manager of Global Product Operations & Insights at Caseware, where responsibilities include leading a global Product Operations function that encompasses User Research, Localization, and UX Content. Natasha has played key roles at Caseware, including establishing the global Product Operations function during a phase of rapid growth and managing North American practice management Cloud and Desktop solutions. Prior to Caseware, Natasha held various positions at Wolters Kluwer Canada, leading product management and development for a significant product line, and served as a Content Product Manager at Wolters Kluwer, developing roadmaps for software information platforms. Natasha began their career as a Project Lead at CCH Canadian Limited, focused on a global transformation project. Natasha holds an LL.M. in Tax Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
