Katie Smith, PMI-ACP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain analysis and procurement. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Casey's since August 2020, Katie is responsible for the backend development of the P2P software, Coupa, and the management of Coupa catalogs. Previously, Katie owned Highland Hollow Pet Sitting Services since 2008 and worked at Emerson Automation Solutions from November 2013 to May 2020 in various roles including Quick Ship Order Specialist II and QA Docs Analyst.
