Kendra Meyer

Kendra Meyer is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and site development across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at Casey's since February 2017, Kendra oversees the implementation of the company's Network Plan for new store growth and alignment with the strategic growth plan. Previous roles include Regional Territory Manager for Store Development at Casey's, where Kendra managed site analysis and negotiations, and various positions at Kum & Go, including Real Estate Development Manager and Real Estate Analyst, focused on site selection and capital improvement projects. Kendra's earlier career involved positions in leasing and property management at Hubbell Realty Company, IMT Residential, and Houser Enterprises, showcasing a robust skill set in relationship management, contract negotiations, and market analysis. Kendra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Sociology from the University of Iowa and has completed multiple executive training programs, including those at Cornell University and Wharton.
