Rachel Mulondo

Rachel Mulondo is an experienced accountant currently working at Cash Converters Southern Africa since November 2016. In the role of Accountant since March 2022, Rachel manages creditor invoices, oversees profit distribution and loss collections for 83 stores, and assists in preparing audit packs. Previously, Rachel served as Service Desk Team Leader and Internal Support Consultant, providing application support and performance reporting for retail stores. Rachel's career began at Capitec Bank, where roles included Collection Team Leader, Business Support Consultant, and Service Consultant, focusing on client service and team performance. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Informatics from the University of South Africa, as well as a National Diploma and National Certificate in Accounting and Finance from Tshwane University of Technology.
