Ada Lam

Ada Lam has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ada started their career as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Medi-Co Health Services from December 2003 to July 2007. Ada then worked as a Credit Controller at Consolidated Travel from July 2007 to July 2008. From February 2008 to March 2011, they served as an Accounts and Banking Officer at Zurich Financial Services Australia.

In 2011, Ada joined Giorgio Armani as an Assistant Accountant, where they supported the Finance Manager in budget and forecast submissions, managed end-of-month system postings and general ledger adjustments. Ada held this role until April 2012.

Ada then joined Experian as an Accountant from June 2012 to October 2013. Ada'sresponsibilities included maintaining general ledger accounts, reconciling intercompany accounts, managing cash flow requirements, and administering invoicing and reconciliations of revenues.

Returning to Giorgio Armani in November 2013, Ada resumed their role as Assistant Accountant until November 2015. During this time, they contributed to the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, liaised with the business on outcomes and requirements, and managed end-of-month system postings and general ledger adjustments.

From November 2015 to August 2017, Ada worked at Study Group as a Treasury Accountant. Ada'sresponsibilities included managing the general ledger, reviewing bank reconciliations, preparing tax returns, and conducting balance sheet and subledger reconciliations. Ada then transitioned to the role of Accountant at Study Group in August 2017 until June 2022. In this role, they prepared financial reports, conducted general ledger variance analysis, and presented quarterly reports and analysis to the Board.

Most recently, Ada joined Cashrewards in July 2022 as a Financial Accountant, where they continue to contribute their skills and experience in financial reporting and analysis.

Ada Lam's education history is as follows:

From 2003 to 2005, Ada Lam attended UTS College where they obtained a Diploma of Business Studies. Following that, they attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2005 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Accounting and Business/Management. Between 2009 and 2014, Ada participated in the CPA Australia Program. Additionally, they obtained their CPA certification from CPA Australia in August 2015.
