Casey Butchard

Casey Butchard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Cinema Worker at HOYTS Group in 2003 and progressed to become a Supervisor, Duty Manager, and eventually a 2IC Location Manager. In 2009, Casey joined Magicdust as an Administration & Production Coordinator. They worked there until 2013 when they moved to Sydney North Shore and Beaches Medicare Local as an Office Administrator / Administration Support Officer. In 2015, Casey joined Cashrewards as a Customer Service Officer and later became a Customer Service Team Leader. They then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, where they managed an Australian & Overseas team and were responsible for creating processes, policies, and documentation for the team. Additionally, Casey took on the role of Product Manager, leading a product squad and overseeing various projects and partnerships. They have extensive experience in operations management, customer service, and product management.
