Sian Johnson

Sian Johnson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Sian is currently the Chief People Officer at Cashrewards, where they partner closely with the CEO and Leadership team to support and guide talent across each function. Prior to this, Sian held the position of Head of People and Culture at Cashrewards, where they played a crucial role in making everyday more rewarding for members, brand partners, sick kids, and the team.

Before joining Cashrewards, Sian was the Talent Manager for the Country Road Group, overseeing and driving the talent strategy for five brands. Sian has also worked at Cotton On Group as a Careers Business Partner, where they partnered with GMs and Senior Management across various functional areas and oversaw retail recruitment for the group. Sian managed a team and advised on recruitment strategy, while attracting top talent through creative direct sourcing techniques. Previously, Sian held the position of Resourcing Consultant at Selfridges, managing the entire recruitment process for head office areas and focusing on a direct sourcing model. Sian also worked as a Resourcing Adviser at Debenhams.

Sian's early career started at EMR, where they joined as a Graduate Consultant and progressed to become an Associate Consultant and then a Consultant within the Commerce and Industry team. Sian specialized in recruiting marketing professionals in the Retail, Leisure Travel, Media, and Entertainment sectors.
