Jamie Leavens

Jamie Leavens has over 26 years of experience in information technology, primarily at Niagara Casinos, where Jamie has held the position of IT Operations Manager since June 1997. In this role, Jamie manages the Service Desk and Technical Services teams, ensuring effective support for end users and overseeing help request procedures. Prior to this, Jamie worked as a PC Technician, offering hardware and software support, and as a Lead Systems Operator, managing computer systems operations. Jamie's earlier experience includes positions as an Advanced Systems Operator at EDS Canada and Systems Operator at Peace Bridge Brokerage Ltd. Jamie holds a College Diploma in Computer Programming from Niagara College and a College Diploma in International Trade from Fleming College.
