Alice Nguyen

Alice Nguyen is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in management, customer service, and education. As the owner of Shiny Plus Cleaning Business since March 2021, Alice Nguyen collaborates with property managers and oversees employee recruitment and scheduling. Concurrently serving as a server at Fallsview Casino Resort since May 2017, Alice Nguyen provides exceptional customer service to clients, including VIP guests, and effectively addresses customer complaints.
