Monte K. Lee - Wen

Monte Lee-Wen is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Casoro Group, an award-winning vertically-integrated multifamily real estate investment firm established in 2002, and also leads Casoro Capital, which emphasizes core-value, value-add, and opportunistic investment strategies in the Southwest. As Principal at Upside Avenue since June 2018, Monte Lee-Wen provides access to diversified income-producing multifamily real estate investments. Additionally, Monte Lee-Wen is the Founder and Principal of CLEAR Property Management, offering comprehensive real estate and investment management services. Previously, Monte served as President and CEO of The PPA Group until its rebranding to Casoro Group, and held the position of CEO at ITU and the University of Commercial Real Estate, fostering educational opportunities in the field. Monte Lee-Wen also contributed as a Board Member for Athletes for Change, supporting troubled teens through positive mentorship.
