Ulli Dittgen-Noweski has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2007. In that year, they were an Associate der Geschäftsführung for Essex Pharma GmbH. From 2008 to 2010, they held roles as HR Operations Lead and HR Integration Project Manager at Schering-Plough Research Institute. From 2010 to 2012, they were the HR Operations Lead Europe and Canada at MSD. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Regional HR Business Partner Europe at MSD Sharp & Dohme GmbH. From 2015 to 2020, they were the SVP Global Human Resources and Vice President Human Resources at BMG - The New Music Company. In 2020, they founded Learn or Lose GmbH and currently serves as the CHRO - Chief Human Relations Officer at Caspar Health.

Ulli Dittgen-Noweski completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2018 to 2019. From 2005 to 2006, Ulli attended CELSA Paris-Sorbonne, but did not receive a degree. Ulli received a Magister in Kommunikationswissenschaften & Publizistik, Psychologie & Anglistik from Freie Universität Berlin from 2001 to 2006.
