Matt Coolidge has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and consulting. Matt is currently the Vice President of Global Communications at CasperLabs since December 2022. In addition, they are the Founder of Coolidge Consulting, LLC, which they started in January 2022. Previously, Matt worked as the General Manager at Serotonin, where they played a key role in expanding the company and building it into a leading marketing firm and product studio for transformative technologies in Web3 and beyond. Matt worked at Serotonin from November 2020 to December 2021.

Prior to their role at Serotonin, Matt served as the Head of Communications at Chainlink Labs from August 2020 to November 2020. Matt also worked as the Vice President at Mission North (formerly Bateman Group) from April 2019 to September 2020, where they led the expansion to the Portland, OR market and oversaw the agency's fintech practice. Additionally, Matt worked as an Advisor and Co-Founder/Head of Marketing at Civil Media Company. Matt played a crucial role in leading marketing and communications efforts at Civil, a network of independently owned newsrooms that adhere to the same journalism ethics code to ensure high-quality journalism. Matt worked at Civil from September 2017 to May 2020.

Before their time at Civil, Matt worked as a Mentor at Grand Central Tech from November 2016 to May 2019. Matt also held the position of Vice President at Mission North from May 2014 to September 2017. In 2013, they took a break from their career to travel and write as a degenerate travel blogger for six months.

Matt started their career as an Account Manager at LEWIS PR from August 2012 to October 2013. Matt holds extensive experience in media strategy, messaging/branding, marketing, communications, and building successful teams.

Matt Coolidge attended The George Washington University from 2005 to 2009 where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs. In 2008, they also briefly studied Modern Standard Arabic at The American University in Cairo, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree during that period.
