Radoslaw Krasowiak

Radoslaw Krasowiak has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Radoslaw is currently working as the HR Director / Head of HR at CasperLabs since September 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Amcor, starting as an HR Specialist at Amcor Rentch Poland in April 2007. Radoslaw then progressed to become an HR Manager and HR Business Partner, responsible for managing HR services for multiple plants and participating in company development projects. From September 2014 to June 2016, Radoslaw served as the Talent Manager for the European Food and Beverage Division at Amcor, focusing on talent management, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement. Radoslaw then became the Global Senior Manager Talent & Development, overseeing talent strategies and programs for the company. From October 2018 to June 2019, they took on the role of Global Senior HR Manager, Corporate, where they executed HR strategies and provided support to global functional executives. Radoslaw also worked at Great Open House, a leading BTL agency in Poland, where they served as an HR Manager, HR Projects Coordinator, and Account Manager. Additionally, they had a brief role as an Account Manager at the 'Scorpio' Promotional Agency.

Radoslaw Krasowiak obtained a Master's Degree in Sociology of Human Resources Management from the University of Lodz. Radoslaw completed their degree between 1997 and 2002. Radoslaw also pursued a Postgraduate Studies of Human Resources Management program at A.R.G. in 2005. Additionally, they hold several certifications including a Driving licence cat.B, ICC Coach Certificate from the International Coaching Community, ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor certification from TQM Soft, SHL OPQ32 certified user certification from the SHL Training Academy, and SLG PPA and HJA psychometrics instruments certificated user certification from SLG Thomas International.
