Richard Morrow

Richard Morrow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Richard currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Casper Labs, a blockchain company focused on business adoption. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead - Technology at NewGlobe, where they supported national and state governments in transforming educational outcomes through technology-enabled education systems. Richard also held various roles at Mott MacDonald, including Talent Acquisition Lead - Strategic Recruitment EUNA, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Executive Recruitment Lead. At AECOM, Richard worked as the Recruitment Manager for the Buildings + Places operation and held roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Infrastructure and Construction Services, as well as Water and Rail projects. Richard also co-founded BCM Resourcing Limited, where they served as the Recruitment Director and played a key role in establishing the company, managing the internal management system, and building a strong client base and candidate database. Prior to that, Richard worked as a Recruitment Manager at Mane Contract Services, where they successfully developed new business relationships and managed various projects in the rail sector.

Richard Morrow attended Roosevelt High Johannesburg from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their Matric degree in Business. In addition, Richard obtained their certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification in September 2017.
