Jordan Barham

Jordan Barham is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in management and strategic human resources roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Field HR at Casper since November 2021, Jordan previously held multiple positions at Old Navy from February 2009 to November 2021, including Sr. HR Generalist for the East Territory, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, recruiting, and performance management. Prior experience includes coordinating alumni and recruitment efforts for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, and volunteering in executive coordination roles. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University, achieved in 2013.
