Ravi Mylavarapu

Ravi Mylavarapu is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in high-level technical leadership and team management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Engineering at Casper, Ravi leads cross-functional teams to develop dynamic roadmaps and technology strategies that drive product innovation and business growth. Previously, as Engineering Manager at Swiss Re, Ravi oversaw a global team in managing a Mature Application Portfolio while fostering a culture of innovation. At SmartEquip, Ravi managed diverse development teams and emphasized talent retention and alignment with business goals. Early in the career, Ravi gained hands-on software development experience as a Sr. Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Spruce Soft International Pte, focusing on creating complex applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
