Briana Smith

Briana Smith has a diverse background in customer relations, data processing, and account management, with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as an Offsite Account Loader and Offsite Invoice Payment Specialist at Cass Information Systems since September 2021, Briana previously worked as a Specialist in Guest Relations at the Center of Science and Industry from August 2018 to August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Processor 3 and Licensing Coordinator at the Ohio Department of Education from May 2007 to September 2017, and as a Youth EFNEP Educator with The Ohio State University Extension from March 2001 to September 2005. Briana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from The Ohio State University.
