Katherine Mason

Katherine Mason is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and training. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Cass Information Systems since May 2017, Katherine has built and maintained training programs for the Waste Expense Management division, focusing on new hire onboarding and ongoing professional development. Previous roles at Cass include Manager of Operations Support and Training Specialist, where Katherine enhanced training quality and produced analytics to improve team performance. With a rich history in training and operations management, Katherine also held positions as Instructional Designer at Home of Training and Operations Training Manager at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, overseeing training across numerous retail locations. Katherine holds a degree in Human Resources, Workforce Development and Training from SkillPath and additional education from Rockhurst University and Largo High School.
