Carmen Bississo has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at MassMutual as an Agency Investment and Annuity Specialist, where they managed investment and annuity departments, provided case consultations to financial advisors, and maintained relationships with outside vendors. Since 2008, Carmen has been working at Cassaday & Company, Inc., where they started as the Director of Research and later became the Director of Advanced Strategies. In their current role, they have utilized their CLU®, CIMA®, AIF®, CLTC®, CAS®, and CFS® designations to provide advanced strategies to clients.

Carmen Bississo completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Risk Management Finance at Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, from 1999 to 2003. Carmen obtained the Chartered Life Underwriter® certification from The American College of Financial Services in February 2023. Carmen also became an Investments & Wealth Institute Member in May 2011. In addition, they achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I designation from the CFA Institute in June 2009.
