Dane Asher Holland

Dane Holland is an associate attorney in the firm's Chicago office. Dane focuses his practice on a wide range of civil litigation defense and has extensive experience handling cases filed in Cook County.

Prior to joining Cassiday, Dane worked as a clerk at a firm in Chicago where he gained valuable litigation skills in the areas of discovery motions, trial preparation, and case management. Dane's areas of interest include medical negligence, transportation, and municipal liability.

Dane earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago where he was an academic tutor for first-year Civil Procedure students and received the CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in Advanced Criminal Law. Mr. Holland is a member of several legal and professional organizations including the Illinois Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Outside of the office, Mr. Holland is involved in the Lawyers' Committee for Better Housing. Mr. Holland is a member of the Illinois bar.
