Sean Dougherty

Sean Dougherty is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development, specializing in front-end and mobile applications. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Cast since March 2024, Sean focuses on user-facing applications. At Highwing, where Sean has been since November 2020, Sean has held roles as Principal Engineer leading frontend architecture and as Director of Engineering overseeing a team of 14. Previous experience includes leadership positions at GoSpotCheck and CirrusMD, where Sean contributed to mobile application development and strategy. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Colorado State University, Sean possesses a strong foundation in user experience design.
