Eddie Gallagher MRICS

Eddie Gallagher MRICS has extensive work experience in various roles within the construction industry. Eddie began their career as a Senior Commercial Manager at JOHN LAING CONSTRUCTION LTD. Later, they worked as Managing Quantity Surveyor at O'Hare & McGovern Ltd. Eddie then joined Breen Holdings Ltd as an Operations Manager, overseeing a range of construction and commercial activities. At Davis Langdon an AECOM Company, they served as a Senior Cost & Commercial Manager in the aviation sector.

Eddie then worked at Volker Fitzpatrick as a Consultant and Commercial Manager. Eddie went on to become a Project Manager at Laing O'Rourke, where they managed the delivery of multiple pre-cast concrete frame projects.

After that, Eddie joined Arcadis LLP as a Consultant and Senior Commercial Manager. Eddie successfully delivered various projects at Heathrow Airport and led the commercial management of the Northern Line Extension project.

Eddie then joined Mace as a Lead Commercial Manager, where they played a key role in securing contracts at Gatwick and Stansted airports. Eddie also led the establishment of the project team and oversaw the commercial function.

Currently, Eddie is employed at EPD Quantity Surveying Ltd as a Director. Additionally, they are also working as a Senior Project Consultant at Cast Consultancy.

Eddie Gallagher MRICS obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying, specializing in Contract Law and Contract Administration, from Ulster University. The duration of their education and any additional academic experiences are not specified.
