Rachel McPhail

Rachel McPhail has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachel is currently employed as a Senior Project Manager at Cast Consultancy since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Turner & Townsend from 2016 to 2022, holding roles such as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager at Chelsea Barracks, and Assistant Project Manager. From 2015 to 2015, Rachel worked as a Project Coordinator at City Change Management. Rachel also has experience working as a Sales Associate at Ralph Lauren from 2014 to 2015. Before entering the corporate world, Rachel gained valuable volunteer experience in archaeology at the Institute of Archaeology, University College London in 2013. Rachel also had an academic placement at the School of Archaeology, Oxford University in the same year. In addition, Rachel interned at Advancing Human Rights in 2013, where they conducted research and collaborated on analysis related to political prisoners in Iran. Rachel also gained work experience at the Museum of London, The Wallace Collection, and Sidley Austin LLP in 2010, providing their with exposure to different fields of work.

Rachel McPhail completed their education in a chronological order. Rachel began their high school education at the City of London School for Girls from 2009 to 2011, studying subjects such as Economics, Mathematics, and History. Following this, they attended Durham University from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Archaeology (Joint Honours). In 2015 to 2016, Rachel pursued a Master's Degree in Project Management at Robert Gordon University. Finally, from 2018 to 2020, they enrolled in the University College of Estate Management, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Construction Management.
