Frederick Constantineau has a diverse range of work experience. Frederick started their career at Autodesk, where they served as the Regional Director of Sales and successfully grew revenues by 75% by focusing on upselling and signing new accounts. Frederick then worked at Microsoft as the Director of Sales for FAST, a division of Microsoft.
In 2007, Frederick joined CAST as the Vice President of Sales, where they established a foothold in the North American market and led the sales team to achieve strong results and receive client accolades. Frederick was later promoted to Vice President of North America Sales and Field Operations, responsible for all operations in North America.

Most recently, Frederick joined CAST again in 2018 as the SVP of Global Systems Integrators Business. Their main focus is on developing the GSI client base and driving growth for CAST by offering capabilities for GSIs to win more deals and reduce risks in projects.

Frederick Constantineau is currently pursuing a M. Eng degree in Systems Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (2021-2025). Earlier, they completed a BComm degree in Commerce with a focus on Accountancy and Finance at Concordia University. Frederick also started but did not complete an MBA program at McGill University. Additionally, Frederick undertook executive development studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
