Wayne Brophy

Wayne Brophy is the CEO and Founder of Cast USA, a specialist staffing company in Atlanta, Georgia. Wayne is also the CEO and Founder of Cast UK Limited, a leading recruitment consultancy in the UK, EU, and USA. As a Founding Partner of Outplacement Services, Wayne helps employees facing redundancy transition into new employment. Wayne is an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University Management School and was previously an Investor at Edge Tech Headhunters. Wayne served as President of the Greater Manchester Chamber and has held leadership roles at DHL Supply Chain and Aldi UK. Wayne holds a BA in Business Studies and a degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
