André Kosoniscs

André Kosoniscs is the current Head of M&A & Financial Planning at Cast Group. Prior to this, they were a financial consultant with Lloyds Bank in the UK from November 2016 to April 2017. André has also held positions as a Senior Financial Consultant with Capital Financial Services from April 2013 to July 2016, and as a Senior Investment Manager with SANTANDER from September 2012 to April 2013. Kosoniscs has a strong background in strategic financial planning, feasibility studies of expansion projects, and valuation of companies for portfolio allocation. André also has excellent communications and advisory skills, and is able to deliver complex messages in an effective way to different audiences.

André Kosoniscs' educational career includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Mercado de Capitais from APIMEC - Associação dos Profissionais de Investimentos do Mercado de Capitais, a Post-Graduation in Financial Markets from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Sant'Anna. André is also certified as a CFA- Chartered Financial Analyst - Level I.
