Fabio Barros

Fabio Barros has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. From 2018 to the present, they have been the Business and Commercial Director at Cast group, where they took over the sales area in the south and interior of S\u00e3o Paulo and the entire sales operation in Brazil. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they were the Director of ERP and Automation Solutions at Cast group, responsible for delivering ERP implementation projects and leading a team of 18 employees. Before joining Cast group, they worked at Huawei Technologies from 2008 to 2018, holding positions such as Purchasing Director, Director of PMO Brazil, Services Director - Delivery, Wireless Engineering Manager, and Project Manager. Fabio started their career at Nortel Networks in 1998 as a Network Engineer and later progressed to roles such as Engineering Manager and Engineering Operations Manager. Fabio Barros has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams and implementing solutions.

Fabio Barros obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree with an emphasis in Telecommunications from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel in 1997. Fabio later completed an MBA in Corporate Finance from Ibmec in 2005.
