Abhilash Seshadri has extensive work experience in mechanical engineering. Abhilash started their career as a Design Engineer Intern/Co-Op at Scigenics India Pvt Ltd in 2013. From May 2014 to August 2014, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Hyundai Motor India Ltd. After that, they joined Chennai Petroleum Corp. Ltd (Indian Oil) as a Mechanical Engineer from January 2015 to May 2015. Abhilash'smost recent role was at Cast21, where they started as a Mechanical Engineer in September 2017 and later became the Lead R&D Engineer in November 2021. Abhilash is currently still working at Cast21 in the role of Lead R&D Engineer.

Abhilash Seshadri completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University, attending from 2011 to 2015. Abhilash then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, attending from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Abhilash also obtained a Master Diploma in Computer-Aided Product Design and Analysis from CADD Center, attending from 2013 to 2014.

Abhilash Seshadri has also acquired additional certifications to further enhance their skills. Abhilash achieved the ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification from IMEC Illinois in August 2022. In October 2018, they obtained both the Design For Six Sigma and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from the Management and Strategy Institute.
