Alessia Oddone Wales is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Currently a Partner at CastaldiPartners since February 2018, Alessia provides legal consultancy services to international corporate clients in Italy, France, and the United Kingdom. Previously, Alessia served as Group Legal Counsel at Le Creuset Group AG, focusing on compliance and international contracts. Experience includes a role as Senior Legal Counsel for Whirlpool Corporation in the EMEA region, where responsibilities encompassed ethics and compliance, as well as past positions at Indesit Company SpA and Domino Printing Sciences plc.
