Gaspare Dori

Gaspare Dori is a seasoned Italian and French lawyer with over twenty years of expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial law, particularly focused on transactions between France and Italy. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at CastaldiPartners since April 2008, Gaspare Dori has also held the position of Partner in the Corporate/Commercial Department. Previously, Gaspare Dori founded FIMA, an association dedicated to fostering a community centered on French-Italian M&A transactions, and served as Counsel at Clifford Chance, leading the French-Italian Group in Paris from 1999 to 2008. Gaspare Dori obtained a Laurea in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University and is currently pursuing further studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
