Lili Li has worked in the Human Resources field since 2005, beginning with a role as an HR Senior Specialist at Accenture. In 2007 they moved to Schneider Electric, where they worked as an HR Manager. In 2015 they joined Uber as an HR Manager, and in 2016 they moved to Didi Chuxing as an HRBP Senior Manager. In 2017 they became a Partner at the Ritan Project Team, and in 2018 they became the Head of HR at Castbox. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for developing new business, optimizing talent skills and organizational structure, leadership coaching, designing and deploying stock option incentive plans, employee experiences improvement, designing and deploying automated and efficient solutions, communication through all levels in the region, compliance management, and employee benefits management.
Lili Li has a diverse educational background. Lili obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 2002-2003. Lili then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Economics at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 1999-2002. Following this, they earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool from 2017-2020. Most recently, they have been pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Management Psychology at the Hong Kong University SPACE China Business School since 2021. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter, obtained in 2011, as well as a Green Belt.
