John Sumagaysay

John Sumagaysay is currently serving as the IT Operations Manager at Castelis, where responsibilities include managing and coordinating help desk activities for prompt incident resolution. Previously, John held the position of Service Operations Manager at Novare Technologies, overseeing daily IT operations and the performance of IT services. At Mynt (Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), John was the Command Center / Incident Management Head, responsible for monitoring team performance and handling critical incidents. Earlier experience includes serving as an Incident Manager at Tech Mahindra, supervising support for major accounts. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Mapúa University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Centennial College.
