Joseph P.

Joseph P. is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and technical support, particularly within the Office 365 ecosystem. Currently serving as an Office 365 System Administrator at Castelis since April 2022, Joseph manages all administrative features of the Office 365 suite, including mailbox and anti-spam policies. Previously, Joseph held the position of M365 Support Ambassador at rhipe, delivering global IT support and managing various Office 365 services. Joseph's extensive technical expertise includes roles such as System Lead Tech and Help Desk Analyst at Atos, Technical Support Specialist positions at Convergys and eTelecare Global Solutions, and earlier experiences in research analysis and engineering. Joseph holds two degrees in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines.
