Liz Castells-Heard is the President and CEO of Castells Advertising. Liz has over 25 years of experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on strategic leadership and new business development.
Liz began their career in advertising in 1986 at Conill Adv. in New York, where they quickly rose to the position of SVP of Client Services. During their tenure at Conill, Liz successfully managed account services and led the company to 225% revenue growth. Some of their key accounts included Campbell’s Soup Co., Procter & Gamble, Western Union, McDonald’s, CPC/Best Foods, Miles Labs, Pfizer, Ralston Purina/Beech-Nut, Helene Curtis, Met Life, Mott’s/Clamato, Texaco (H), Energizer, Banco de Ponce, Sedano’s & Key Foods, Mexican Tourism, and national Toyota.
In 1991, Liz left Conill to join Valdes Zacky as EVP of Client & Media Services. At Valdes Zacky, Liz was responsible for leading and managing all client growth and profitability, new business development, staff development, and strategic services. Under Liz’s leadership, the agency grew three-fold and key accounts included Vons, Taco Bell, Mitsubishi Motors, Continental Cablevision/MediaOne/AT&T Broadband, Dole Packaged Foods, CDHS Anti-Sm
Liz Castells-Heard has a MA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Finance/Marketing and a BA from Trinity College-Hartford in Economics/Math. Liz also attended High School at Amity High-School, CT Academia San Jose, PR (1 yr) for mathematics.
