Leandro Correa

Leandro Correa is an experienced leader in the industrial sector, currently serving as General Director at Castertech Fundição e Tecnologia since January 2017, overseeing five industrial plants in Brazil and managing areas such as Process Engineering, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and Continuous Improvement. Previously, Leandro held various managerial roles at Suspensys from January 2004 to January 2017, including Industrial Manager, Sales and Engineering Manager, and Production and Quality Coordinator, responsible for multiple units and sales across Latin America. Leandro’s career began at Empresa Indústria Mecânica Corso as a Process Analyst and later as a Production Supervisor at Zurlo Implementos Rodoviários. Leandro holds multiple postgraduate degrees and specializations in Business Management, Executive Development, and Production Engineering, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Automation from the University of Caxias do Sul.
