Vicki Fish-Sidlow has served as their Vice President, Skin Cancer Marketing, since January 2022 and leads the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Castle’s dermatologic test portfolio. Ms. Fish-Sidlow is a dynamic, results-driven executive with more than 25 years of commercialization, management, strategy, and leadership experience in molecular diagnostics and oncology. Before joining Castle, Ms. Fish-Sidlow served as Vice President, Marketing, at Natera, and was responsible for the launch and commercialization of the organ health product portfolio in transplant and renal genetics. For the 23 years prior, Ms. Fish-Sidlow worked for Myriad Genetics in various leadership roles, most recently as Vice President, Dermatology, where she led the launch and commercialization of MyPath® Melanoma, a diagnostic gene expression profile test acquired by Castle in May 2021.
Ms. Fish-Sidlow holds a B.A. degree in biology from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.S. degree in genetics from the University of North Texas, and an MBA from the University of Utah. She currently sits on the Development Committee for the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business Life Science MBA program and is a board member of the David Eccles School of Business Alumni Network.
