Tara Penawell is an Elite Personal Trainer at Castle Hill Fitness with experience in designing and implementing exercise programs tailored to the individual's health history, skill level, lifestyle, goals, and motivation. Tara has focused on a holistic, wellness-inspired approach to fitness. Prior to their current role, Tara served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin, where Tara instructed in a fitness leadership laboratory, collaborated on instructional materials, and provided student support. Tara holds a M.Ed. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness from Arizona State University.
