Robyn Leduc BA, CHRL is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR consulting and management. As the Owner and Principal Consultant at Inside HR Consulting Inc. since January 2016, Robyn has empowered small to medium-sized businesses with tailored HR solutions. In addition to consulting, Robyn serves as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Castle HR, where oversight of client HR functions is provided, and previously held roles focused on building people-centered cultures and enhancing employee satisfaction at organizations such as Valour Group and Ultra Fit Manufacturing. Robyn holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Mohawk College and a Bachelor's degree in History and Labour Studies from Brock University.
