Tom Nickalls

Tom Nickalls is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and business development, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Castle HR since January 2019, where the focus is on providing fractional, modern HR services for Canadian and American software companies and professional service firms with 15-75 employees. Previously, Tom held the position of Inside Sales Manager at Peninsula Canada from July 2017 to July 2018 and served as Director of Business Development and Sales Manager at Unhaggle from November 2014 to March 2017. Earlier in the career, Tom co-founded Mobile Capital Network Inc. and worked as Sales Manager from October 2008 to October 2014.
