Erica Talbot

Erica Talbot is the Wholesale Director at Castle Island Brewing. Erica has over 10 years of experience in the consulting industry, conducting market research and interviews with executives for strategic planning purposes. Erica has also worked in the brewing industry, both as an apprentice brewer and a brewery representative. In their previous role as Vice President & Managing Consultant at DolmatConnell & Partners, they led a team of consultants and was responsible for client service and growth. Erica began their career as a Senior Admission Fellow at Connecticut College.

Erica Talbot has a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Connecticut College and an e-Commerce degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
