Graeme Skene

Graeme Skene has a diverse background in various roles within the water and customer service industries. Currently serving as Market Assurance Manager at Castle Water since October 2016, Graeme has also held positions as Market Technical Lead and Market Operations Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Advisor at Teleperformance UK from March 2015 to August 2016, assisting clients from Aviva and Barclays Travel and Home Insurance. Graeme's educational qualifications include a NC in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from UHI, completed in 2011, and a Higher degree in Information Technology from Mearns Academy, obtained in 2007.
