Kara McGinley

Kara McGinley possesses extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Operations Manager at Castle Water since August 2016, where previous roles included Billing Manager, Billing Team Leader, Complaints Manager, and Customer Service Advisor. Prior to this, Kara held the position of Operations Administrator at Alliance Trust Savings from February 2014 to August 2016 and worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Bank of Scotland from February 2013 to February 2014.
