Katy Parker

Katy Parker is currently serving as the VP - Assistant General Counsel, Corporate at Live Oak Bank since March 2023 and as Compliance Counsel for CastleBranch since October 2021. Previously, Parker worked at Littler Mendelson from November 2016 to October 2021 as a Brief Writer in LCS Counsel and was a Partner at Tin Fulton Walker & Owen from October 2012 to October 2016. Parker also held the position of Legal Director at the ACLU of North Carolina from June 2006 to May 2012 and served as a Commercial Litigation/Media Law Associate at Holland & Knight LLP between September 2001 and May 2006. Early career experience includes a role as a Law Clerk for The Honorable John F. Nangle in the Southern District of Georgia from August 1999 to July 2001. Katy Parker earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
