James Cullinane has worked as a Head Chef at Castlemartyr Resort since May 2021. Prior to that, they were also a Head Chef at Longueville House from March 2017 to May 2021. Before their role as a Head Chef, they worked as a Chef De Partie at "The House Restaurant" at The Cliff House Hotel from March 2016 to April 2017. James also had the position of Chef De Partie at Corrigan's Mayfair from March 2015 to March 2016. Their earliest work experience was as an employee at Ballymaloe Cookery School from April 2012 to March 2015.
