Chad Harkin

Chad Harkin has a strong background in land acquisition and development, with extensive experience in leading various roles within the real estate industry. Chad began their career at Kimball Hill Homes, where they held positions as a Lead Customer Care Manager, Construction Manager, and Land Development Project Manager. At Main Street Homes, Chad managed assets for a large private home builder and successfully reduced costs and development timelines. Chad then served as President at ARH Real Estate Management and Consulting before joining Taylor Morrison as a Land Development Project Manager. At Taylor Morrison, they oversaw field operations for major master plan communities, including the well-known Steiner Ranch. Chad later joined Crescent Communities, LLC as a Development Director, where they implemented process improvements and contributed to the company's successful financial turnaround. Chad then moved on to Roberts Communities as the Vice President of Land Resources, spearheading all aspects of land development and construction.
