Timothy Pruski

Timothy Pruski has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Timothy began their career at DR Horton in 1993, where they served as the Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development for 16 years. After leaving DR Horton in 2008, they joined Fieldstone Homes as a Land Manager for one year. In 2011, Timothy joined Bella Vista Homes as the Vice President of Land, where they remained until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development at CastleRock Communities. Timothy's experience spans over three decades and includes various leadership roles in land acquisition and development.

Timothy Pruski completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Texas State University in 1991.
