Srikar Soma

Srikar Soma is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in data engineering and project management. Currently serving as Manager - Engineering and previously as Senior Data Engineer at Castlight Health since February 2019, Srikar has successfully led initiatives including the migration of user data from Jiff to Castlight, designed and implemented enhancements to the Enterprise Data Warehouse, and managed Informatica administration tasks. Prior to Castlight, Srikar worked at Imaginea Technologies Inc. and Pramati Technologies, contributing to similar projects focused on ETL processes and data migration. Srikar began a career at Infosys, where roles included Technology Analyst, Senior System Engineer, and Systems Engineer, gaining expertise in data modeling, OBIEE reporting, and complex ETL mappings. Srikar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology.
