Ayazhan Zhakhan has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Ayazhan began their career as a Web Developer at Chem-Tex in 2010, followed by a role as a Mechanical Technician at Amerimex Motor and Controls, LLC. in 2011. In 2014, they became an Electrical Engineer at Amerimex Motor and Controls, Inc. and in 2016 they took on the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. In 2017, they became a Big Data Engineer at Freckle IoT and in 2018 they worked as a Software Engineer at Purolator Inc. and Co-Founder at Castodia. Currently, they are Co-Founder at Dropbase.

Ayazhan Zhakhan attended Y Combinator's W20 program. From 2015 to 2018, they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science - Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2016, they obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Toronto. From 2012 to 2014, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Power Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Houston. From 2009 to 2011, they obtained an Associate Degree in Science from Houston Community College. In 2018, they obtained a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera. In 2017, they obtained a MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.
